In 2017, Giovambattista established Fondazione URBE, a private non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting culture and protecting historical heritage. He is a Representative of Interests at Italian, European, and international institutions and governmental agencies. Among the main organizations in which he has held or currently holds roles, or in which he participates as a partner, member, expert, or technical advisor are NATO, UNCTED, UNGC, Forbes Councils, Europeana Foundation, IoD, ERC, IED, ECA, UNI, NDIA, ASA, Confindustria, Rotary, Centro Studi Esercito, Commonwealth Club, YSIAC, and several other smaller institutions. In 2025, he founded the CENTER for GLOBAL STUDIES & Applied Sciences.
In recognition of his contributions and fieldwork, he has always played a socially active and managerial role in international organisations, particularly British (by adoption) and French (by affection). Since adolescence, he has taken part in social development initiatives and projects, both in the past and present, working on charitable missions with Telethon, Operation Smile, Don Bosco nel Mondo, the Italian Red Cross, Cruz Roja Española, Samaritan’s Purse, WHO, and various other programs and organizations - especially those linked to a life of Christian Devotion and Charity.

Giovambattista Scuticchio Foderaro is President, Founder and Administrator of URBE Foundation, a private no-profit organization whose activities are rooted in the Cultural promotion and Historic Heritage protection, for the patronage and valorisation of Historical and Artistic interests, as well as for the development of activities in the Education in full compliance with Article 10 of Italian Legislative Decree dated on 1997 of December the 4th, No. 460. It intervenes in the key areas operatively connected to the mission of safeguarding the Historical and Cultural Heritage linked to Rome and its extensive Eurasian History: Art, Culture and Education.
